It's the ultimate red carpet boy band showdown: Green Day versus the Jonas Brothers. Green Day's Mike Dirnt, Billie Joe Armstrong, and Tré Cool emote major rock star presence in their array of striped suits, funky footwear, and cool hair. On the flip side, Jonas Brothers — Kevin, Joe, and Nick — opted for sleeker suits, glossy shoes, and suave 'dos. Two totally different music genres, two totally different looks. I know my favorite. GREENDAY IS NOT A BOY BAND! Its a freakin awesome rock band!
Green Day isn't a boy band.But they are clearly better,just by looking at them you can tell.

Second Green Day was formed along Time before the Jonas Brothers ( If you Want to make a Good Comparison Compare The Jonas Brothers with Busted or any Young Pop Boy BAND and Compare Green Day with something like Blink-182 or any other Punk Band ) I VOTE for NO ONE THIS ISN'T A COMPARISON!!!! Both groups are annoying, but Jonas Brothers are better dressed (except for the obviously stylized thick glasses - gag me). I voted JB though I dislike them b/c Green Day is too old to be wearing their hair and make up like that. They could have Jonas Bros aged children, my goodness.

Never have I thought a Jonas brother was attractive, but last nite the middle brother impressed me a lot! The sleeker haircut and black rimmed glasses made him look like a man and not a sloppy haired college student. Seems like him and Zac Efron have ditched the boy style and manned up a bit.
Neither band is a boy band. But if I have to choose, going with the Jonas Brothers as the best boy band.
Well. If Jonas Brothers are a boy band, so are Green Day...which is to say, NEITHER of them are. JB's music up to now might be bubblegum, and they are young and have some young fans, but they aren't some NSync sort of nonsense...they're a real band.
