Grey Pinstripe Pump: Love It or Hate It?

Litew8lady pointed out these grey pinstripe pumps, $20, in the Love It or Hate It? group. I for one am not too hot on them. In my fashion book, pinstripes should be left to business attire and business attire only. What do you all think?

I like them. It's something that can be applied to different sold styles for work. That and the price is very much alluring.

Very cute. But I wouldn't pair it with a pinstriped suit - its too much. Let the shoe be the focus.

I definitely think they could work with dark skinny jeans and/or some dressy shorts - but they're not for everyday wear!

Crazy! I totally just bought these shoes last night at Payless and wore them to work today (with dark jeans, short sleeve red cardigan and silver jewelry). I got so many compliments. They are really cute and comfy - for $20 what more can you ask for.

I think it would be cool to pair them with jeans and a rock t-shirt in red, turquoise or black, and maybe a hooded sweat jacket to funk them up a bit (or casualize them). I like to play on contrasts like that - dressy with casual.
