Gwyneth Paltrow went all sleek in a silver metallic Calvin Klein gown for her red-carpet turn. The sequin gown has a modern minimalist silhouette with a deep v-neck, which she finished with silver platforms. She added color with her Louis Vuitton earrings and bejeweled brooch. Her dewy skin was a nice natural touch, and she kept her long blond locks stick straight and glossy.

She shined so bright that I couldn't help spotting her in the audience every time the camera panned over them.

I didn't like this look from top to bottom. You need a serious tan to pull of nude both eyes and lips. The dress looks like the statue, but that's not reason enough to wear it, and the earring are just bizarre.

I usually hate this type of look, but I think it works on her. Her stylist definitely picked out the right hair and makeup for the dress. I love the earrings, very funky and cool.
