Hayden Panettiere brought the flirty factor tonight, opting for an iridescent sequined mini. The sweetheart neckline and floaty hemline gave the look a girlie — and not quite so sexy — vibe, as did her bright pink lip. She finished it off with sweet satin add-ons: a sculptural clutch and sky-high platforms that echoed the satin finish on her dress's straps (and accentuated her leggy look).
