The dress is one thing (not good not bad just...) but her hair is NOT working for her face and really throws the whole look off.

its a nice dress but not even in the boobs area and this haistyle makes her look wierd,the Critics Choice hairsyle is her best hairstyle so far

I think I'd actually like this on someone else and without that hairdo!!!I think Halle or Angelina Jolie could fill this out better...it's all about the top half on this and Heather's got something funky going on there!
