The colour is pretty but it's a terrible fit. Why would she want to wear a dress that makes her look so saggy?

I think the dress is too busy: makes her look saggy on top, has some weird asterisk thing going on at her midsection then finishes with a mermaid flourish.

I like the dress; I just don't think the off-the-shoulder neckline (would you call it a neckline? whatever) is flattering on anyone; even the queen of the supermodels (in my opinion; I just love her). I love the color and the beading, though...
