I don't know; it reminds me of something a Vegas showgirl would wear. I think it's just difficult to make such large fake boobs look classy.

I can NOT believe that the votes are mostly FOR this horrible dress. I expect more from Heidi. The trashy blatant cleavage makes me dislike her... that she would choose this! What would Nina say?!?! Disgusting.

lol tlsgirl. So dead on!I think it is disturbing that Miley's dress has more fabric than Heidi's. I don't care how hot your body is, at some point you need to consider your age when dressing. Less cleavage and a little more fabric on the hemline would have made the much hotter. I don't know why she is trying to cling to skanky dresses that are more fitting of a teenager/20-something than of a 35+ yr old mother of four.
