The only one's that get extra special attention are my Cocktail, Black Tie Gowns, and Chanel Bags. veronicaraye 5 years the ones I really love get special care. JaimeLeah526 5 years I'm a horribly messy eater and I never wear a nice top when I'm eating. My more expensive pieces are better taken care of. lajolie 5 years I try to treat my clothes well, clean them carefully, fold them or hang them, but I am a klutz and a slob, so I usually wear only dark colors like black, brown or gray. And I found out that many items labelled "dry clean" like cashmere, silk and wool can actually take the gentlest cycle of the washing machine, with hair shampoo instead of laundry soap, followed by air drying flat on a towel. I have had only one item shrink after this treatment, but it was my favourite pair of brown pants! RoyalBlueMoss 5 years somewhere between super good and only good to some pieces. AucuneRancune 5 years I am so careful with EVERY piece!! My nuerosis is frustrating at times - I put hardly anything in the dryer for fear of shrinkage or misshaping. Everything get air dried. (sp? of 'dry' words?) alllacedup 5 years I try and treat them well. But I'm a college student so there's only so much I can do. lms 5 years I treat them very well overall. I follow the labels and wash many different loads so as not to mix the wrong colors. I will not wash towels with my clothes. Lovely_1 5 years I treat my boyfriend and my clothes really well :) We pay lots for our clothes and I don't see the point of paying all this money for them and then ruining them! It's a waste! I still have my clothes 20 years ago. I have to toss them away because they're so old not because they're tattered or torn. My most favoite ones though very very old, I still keep them because they're in very good condition. I grew up until in my early 30's with a laundrywoman who washes all my family's clothes by hand and air dry them in a clothesline. Even jeans are handwash. Mizlizzle 5 years Because I'm a bit of a perfectionist,I'm kind of a freak about my clothes. I clean and fold or hang them properly and keep them super organized. But who doesn't love hanging out in their closet?! It's kind of my cocoon of happiness :) chellybean 5 years Okay, as I was clicking "super careful", some yogurt from my spoon dropped on my trousers and I rubbed it off with my thumb. Maybe I only wish myself to be super careful with my clothes? gingerclip 5 years I'm very good about the cleaning care of my clothing, but I'm a nightmare prior to that. They get taken off my body and piled everywhere. dayzfan4life01 5 years I, unfortunately, treat my clothes really badly. Not because I think they're meant to be tossed around, just because I'm an inherently messing and unorganized person. I'm trying to get better at that though! aimeeb 5 years Jeans or a silk dress I treat my clothes very well. $20 or $200 no point in being careless. vinnie 5 years I also treat my inexpensive and expensive clothes equally, but not because I can always buy more. I treat eveerything like it's expensive because I don't want to waste money on buying more. SweetFirefly 5 years I treat expensive and inexpensive things equally. I simply don't have time to baby my clothes. I'll just buy more. emalove 5 years I treat my clothes very well...I never throw them on the floor or in a pile. I wash them or dry clean them as directed on the tags. Most of my clothes were not cheap, so I am not about to treat them poorly...I want them to last as long as possible! RosaDilia 5 years I'm careful whether expensive or it cost $5. I do like my clothes to last me quite some time. When it comes to washing I almost always do a gentle quickwash and perm press dry on low temp and I use a home dry cleaning kit for my delicate and dry cleaning only items. the makeup blogette 5 years quite careful with all my going out and work clothes, esp when it comes to washing.
