3 max. i feel like a giant if i wear anything more, plus i'm always running around... i don't understand new yorkers and how they can wear 5 inch heels every single day. my heels always get trashed from walking around.

4" max although i prefer to wear less i'm in college so i'm walking alot so i prefer less but in parties or special occasions i wear more than 4"

Higher than 4 and it needs a platform because I have a tiny foot - size 5.5. When the heel is longer than your own foot, it s pretty much physically impossible to walk, unless you're a ballerina accustomed to walking on her toes :PIt can't be too thick a heel either, because if it's too heavy it just falls off my foot, and I can't control it. For this reason I'm good with stilettos but can't do wedges.

Wow those shoes look like they weigh more than her.The tallest pair of heels I have are 4.5" and I can hardly stand to walk in them much.

My "walking" shoes are between 3-4 inches. The highest ones I have are 5.5 inches, and I have honestly worn them all day as they are so comfy. In my experience its the quality of the construction that makes them comfortable -- I've had cheaply made very low heels that hurt like crazy, but my 5.5 inch Louboutin's are a dream to wear.

My heels range from 2 to 4" but I think 4 is the highest. I definitely think ahead to any extra walking/standing I'll have to do before putting on the high ones though ;)

3" is my favorite heel height...I think it's perfect. I can *do* 4 inches, but only for a real special occasion. Nothing's worse than uncomfortable shoes and being in pain when you walk.

I am 5'8" and I love wearing heels, but 3 1/2 is definitely the max, otherwise I am as tall as many of the guys in the room!

I am a definite shoe fiend. BUT. If you stop and think about it, heels are crazy. It is completely unnatural to put your body into such a pose. While I must admit it can make your nice legs look fabulous, it is against totally bizarre the things we do in the name of 'fashion'.

Above 6 inches and I'm a lil shaky, but gimmie a few hours to practice and I can pretty much walk in any heel if it's thick enough. Now granted my time limit before my feet hurt is usually 2 hours, so given that bring it on!!!
