Hey, Allison McNamara here, and for today's DIY, I'm gonna show you how to make thread wrapped bracelet. It's really simple and you only need a few items to completely transform your bangle into something really special. Here's what you'll need: a wooden bangle, colorful thread, scissors, a glue gun, and glue stick. The first step, which I think is the most fun, is to lay out your color scheme. I suggest using 3 to 4 colors, you can find all thread at your local Michael's store. Next, take your first color and glue it vertically on the inside of your bangle. Let it sit for 3 to 4 minutes. Once it's dry take your thread and wrap around the bangle until the color is as thick as you wanted. When you're happy with the whip of the color band, glue down the end at the to secure it. Repeat the step with the rest of the colors until bangle is covered in thread. Now that you've finished covering your bangle with thread let is sit for ten minutes and there you go. Do not updated your basic bangle with a really cool pattern. And you can use this technique for other items like belt or earrings. I hope you guys enjoyed today's DIY. Make sure to come back here for more. I'm Allison McNamara and I'll see you next time on FabSugarTV.
