Suburgatory's Jane Levy made an entrance tonight in an electric-blue Pamella Roland gown. The newcomer also knew how to style a high-wattage hue, keeping the rest relatively simple — save for a gorgeous necklace to complement the sweetheart neckline of her gown. The rest was all about the fit with cap sleeves and a bustier-style bodice that accentuated her waist. So, how did she do?
