Mad Men star January Jones attended a cocktail reception thrown by AMC in Pasadena last night. The actress definitely takes risks on the red carpet, but I don't think I've ever seen her rock a sheer LBD. The strategically placed bows can either be perceived as cute or distracting. She's not wearing any other accessories besides her metallic sandals. What do you think of this look — adorable or annoying? Oh, and if you dig her chic cocktail makeup, get the look.

It's NOT god ugly! it is CUTE! Those of u who r saying it's ugly r missing the point! Actually 4 the right person it can work miricles, on others not so much. Example: This dress would be ALMOST PERFECT for women with a smaller chest. (at least for the bow placement) now if ur on the bigger side i would say this dress is not 4 u! now please stop trashing this cute dress! btw, my vote is undecided. also, if the bowes weren't there wat would u honestly think?

Ugh, tralala, get off your high horse. Moron. Anyway, back to the dress, it's really not cute. Not figure flattering, bows look awkward, and if I saw someone wearing this down the street I would think to myself, "That is an awful ugly dress." I don't care if a celeb is wearing it and can "pull it off"............She's "pulling off" an ugly dress.

I have this dress. it's by sretsis and i love it. i wear it with a pink bra underneath it though, think its a bit quirkier that way :)i think she looks cute, just maybe needed it a size smaller

can any of you for one moment explain to me in more than a phrase why this dress is so bad in your opinions? i love this outfit. i agree with the girl that it is the 'anti-bettie draper' dress, but it also has a feeling for the next century (60's) and has a lot of great reference. there's absolutely nothing whoretastic about this dress, in face it's a tasteful choice and coincides with the character's independence that is being emphasized throughout the last season. IMO all you are moron's for the latter....

Who picked this out? Who honestly picked this up off of a rack and held it up and said "Yes, flat nipple bows - perfect! No one will think that's odd or out of place at all!" Not to mention the rest of the dress doesn't fall very well on her - that waist line bothers me to high heaven!
