Rachel's dress would have looked so good on HER!
overdone as usual, and she was just a presenter, always trying to steal the spotlight, comes across as pathethic. my favorite dress of the evening was nicole richie dress. different, unique and very much her style

Reminds me of an ice princess Barbie dress, but it's okay. Her hair is really bad though.

It looks too much like a Barbie gown to me - a bit overdone, I guess. That material reminds me of some barbie gowns I had as a kid, actually. I wasn't digging the skirt-thing. On TV, she kind of swished that thing aside and it looked like the dress is very straight and narrow down to her ankles, and all that other material isn't part of the skirt, it's just attached to the outside. Weird.

It looked like the material was made out of bubble wrap and saran wrap when she moved. Not the most flattering.

It's ok...but I still voted hate it!I saw her do her little interview on tv and the dress just looks ridiculous with all the crap tacked on the side of it.
