I can't decide if it's the color or the ruffles that's throwing it off. I was surprised to read that the designer is Puerto Rican. As a puerto Rican myself I would of preferred a little colour!

I like the bodice ruffles but none from the waist down. She is the only person I've seen so far who actually looks good with the red lipstick.

i think that the dress is amazing. the back was beautiful. i love the ruffles combined with the cinched waist. i thinks it's wonderful. the only thing i don't love is her hair, which is all kinds of wrong. http://laurenlanzaosias.blogspot.com

That prom hair really takes away from the dress.
Perfection!!! I love, love it. The color is a bit bland, but still I love the ruffles, not bulky for this type of style. It is perfect in my book and it was her own dress not a loaner, good for her. It is a fun, girly dress, my favorite kind.

I like this dress. I think this is the kind of dress that you hate or you love. Is something different and she took a big risk. I like it, and she looks amazing!

I wish she would go back to being a brunette - I think she is so much more beautiful with brown hair. As for the dress; I find the color along with her hair color a bit wishy-washy; but I kind of like it. It's a lot of ruffles for sure (and the kind of ruffles I usually hate - those little ones which are to me always reminscent of little girls' dresses and socks) but I think the sash at the waist breaks it up perfectly and the silhouette makes her look very beautifully statuesque...
