It's been a while since we've seen Jessica Biel on the red carpet in any capacity, but especially this dressed up. Jess pulled out all the stops at last night's Fashion Group International Night of Stars event in New York City, gracing the carpet in a frothy, cream-colored Giambattista Valli gown. The floor-length gown, which is from the designer's Fall 2011 couture collection, features strong shoulders in layers of chiffon, a gold leaf belt, and a subtly sexy keyhole cutout— a confection in every sense of the word.
