Agreed. The Bai Ling resemblance, greasy fringe...the dress is fine but certainly not MET-worthy.

Jessica Szohr: she looks like that crazy Asian lady, was her name Bai Ling? She used to turn up wearing the wackiest dresses. Looks like she's morphed into Jessica.

I like it but I don't love it. It's the Costume Gala at the MET, you're supposed to go a little outside the box and this is too Cocktail.
