Let the red-carpet fun begin! Julianne Hough stepped out on the red carpet in a crystal-embellished fit-and-flare Tony Ward haute couture dress in the sleekest shade of grayish blue, certainly taking on a celestial-inspired vibe. Only adding to the feminine feel of her full-skirted silhouette, Julianne also opted for a more covered-up cap-sleeve look, complete with a sheer neckline. Her pastel-pink lip, tousled short bob, newly earned tan (from her St. Barts vacation with boyfriend Ryan Seacrest), and slick metallic pointy-toe pumps provided the finishing touches.
