This Just In! Designing Clothes is on Rihanna's Agenda
Are we getting tired of celebrities trying their hand at designing clothes? A little. But I'm not tired of musicians trying just yet. Rihanna is proving to be quite the emerging fashion icon on stage, on the sidewalk, and on the fashion circuit. Here she is rubbing shoulders with John Galliano during Paris fashion week.
In a recent interview with Extra Rihanna reveals that she's over the cold weather — well, yeah — but also that a fashion line is in the works. She confesses to taking her time with it, though, as she wants it to be perfect and make sure it's cutting edge. There's something to be said about being a perfectionist and given the influx of celebrity designers, I can wait this one out to see if it will truly blow my flats off.

10Wow, really, breakbrookylen.. how can you say she has no talent? She has a gorgeous voice, a beautiful face and a quirky sense of style... Gwen Stefani designs her own clothes and they're fabulous... they might be great!
11I'm inclined to agree with brooklyn. She can't sing, can't dance, her clothes are put together by a stylist, and her good looks are thanks to a talented makeup artist. All she's probably going to do is put her name on clothes.
12I think I'm getting tired of celebrities (actors, musicians) designing clothes. Leave that to te designers!
13I am with Brooklyn and irose. Rhianna's style seems so contrived and put together by a stylist--not natural at all. She seems to have this forced wanna be edgy look. I would not look forward to anything she puts out there, musically or fashion wise.

19i like rihanna's style but who's to say her style is hers and not manufactured. She might be quirky but she needs a whole team to design her every outfit... who says she can design ours. i dont know...if she works with the right people she might do something.
