It's official — Kate Moss and Jamie Hince just tied the knot! The couple wed this afternoon in Southrop, England, with the beautiful bride in a breathtaking Galliano gown, and friends and family at her side. A pair of blue-lined Manolos provided her something blue while new hubby Jamie wore a suit from Yves Saint Laurent's Stefano Pilati. Later at the reception, Kate is expected to make a few outfit changes, including two of Stella McCartney's designs, though we're still gushing over the bride's incredible wedding dress.
