Katie Holmes' Oversized Red Haut a Courrois Hermes: Love It or Hate It?

We all love Hermes bags, but when it's on the verge of swallowing its owner alive, it moves into scary territory. This photo of Katie Holmes departing the Good Morning America studios is an example of how NOT to wear your handbag; the handbag is wearing her! It's so big, she can probably tote Suri in there. Besides the size, I love the bright red color and the timeless style. I just wish it were two sizes smaller. Do you agree?

I don't mind the bag THAT much. I think it can work if she's using it for travel but it does seem like she's using it as a 'everyday bag' and it's a little excessive for everyday I think.

She had her change of clothes/gear in it for the shows...so it was a travel bag really. It IS HUGE though. Gotta love the colour.

Maybe she needed a change of clothes or something that kind of requred a duffel or overnight bag, but being Katie Holmes obviously coulnd't carry either of those. Though she obviously has people to carry anyhing she wants, so this theory may not float.
