Katy Perry just arrived looking totally gorgeous in a soft pink, petal-covered dress and nude Brian Atwood heels. But I have to ask — is it a bit underwhelming? Maybe I've gotten so used to her neon wigs and cotton-candy bras that I wasn't expecting her to look so polished. Then again, she loves to surprise!
