Katy Perry's not afraid of a little drama, and her Vivienne Westwood floor-length gown, blue heels, and geometrical fascinator made for a whole lot of look. She added crimson lips and winged eyeliner, which made her lilac hair look even brighter. This isn't Katy's first quirky red-carpet look, although it's quite a bit more fabric than we're used to seeing.
