Katy Perry Aqua and Blue Dress

Leave it to the always-bubbly Katy Perry to coordinate her dress to her blue 'do. During an LA appearance to promote her new line of false lashes, the singer rocked an aqua-and-blue colorblock frock from Roland Mouret's Spring 2012 collection that's part retro, part ladylike, and all scrumptious. If you adore this look but don't really have a fancy occasion coming up, you're in luck because we found this Aqua v-neck colorblock dress ($78) that gives off the same vibe but in a more everyday, approachable cut.
