Katy Perry — who was also honored at the event — stepped out in a sparkly nude Marchesa gown, Zoe Saldana wore a blush-toned fit-and-flare cocktail dress with a killer pair of embellished ankle-strap pumps, and Glee's Naya Rivera (one of the night's performers) chose a lacy Dolce & Gabbana LBD.
