The whole look is ridiculous. Her hair looks like or is a wig, and the dress reminds me of a skimpy ice skating costume. Too much makeup too. The only thing good about this outfit are the awesome heels.

She'd be a lot more attractive if she stopped trying so hard. I think she has a tendency to wear too much makeup and the haircut/odd colors just aren't flattering. She definitely has a nice body, and her face looks pretty when she isn't caking it on like this. I'd like to see her in a more refined look.

Looks like she either tried channeling Britney's VMA performance outfit circa 2000, or Lil Kim's boob outfit that same year, but failed miserably on both accounts.

i get why she wears outfits like that - they just aren't my taste especially when it's red carpet but oh well. at least she looks cute and is consistent.
