Kids' Choice Awards: Ashlee Simpson

Ashlee Simpson arrived at the Kids' Choice Awards looking classy in a grey strapless Alexander McQueen dress. Even with the bright heels, her look was a little dull for such a fun event. I would have liked to see her in a sassier, brighter outfit — do you agree?

I actually like the outfit, except for the wayyy over the top bright orange shoes, and if she wants to rock the red hair, she should lay off the tan and embrace a paler, more natural look.Dark orange red hair=NO!

1. I agree with you - she should have opted for a brighter, more fun outfit. 2. even though I can't stand her (she can't sing or act), I really like that red hair on her. 3. I HATE those shoes, and they REALLY don't go with that dress. She really needs a new stylist - uggh!

I dont like the shoes very much but the dress/belt/hair/makeup is amazing!

I voted undecided but she looks cute and there's really nothing wrong with her outfit (i don't love the shoes but I don't hate them); however, it's just not appropriate for the event. She maybe even could have gotten away with those shoes if she would have had some great jeans and a fun, printed top on with them. Something more youthful and more "her" - this is not how she usually dresses and it feels a little too formal for her and the event.
