Miley Cyrus is quite a little phenom and I'm beginning to see why. She's definitely rockin' in her black rhinestone Stella McCartney dress and pink satin peep toes. And she's got that big rocker hair down pat. Are you feelin' it?

For a nearly $7000 dress... I don't know. I've been waiting for someone to wear it and I honestly would have liked to have seen it on Kate Moss or Ashley Olsen. I don't think she looks "too old". Alot of models working atm are around that age, so she looks decent and not slutty just... I expected A LOT from that dress! I feel like I want to shove her and tell her you don't do *that* hair with a dress like *that* unless you got it on sale for $30 and you're a 45 year old, single, consulting assistant going for "end of year drinks" with the girls....

I love the dress, but don't like it on her. I think it's too "mature" (sexy) for a girl her age. She should dress a bit more young and fun.

ew! her hair is soo ugly! the outfit is alright, but her hair just looks so lumpy, and and has volume in all the wrong places. totally not "rocker" at all.

It's not even so much the length... I honestly didn't wear dresses at 15... I was a jeans/shorts and t-shirt kind of girl.

Love everything about this outfit and just love Miley in general. What do you want a 15 year old to wear? When I was 15 I was wearing heels and the length is fine. She perfection tonight.
