Just absurd. I understand artists being edgy, but it can at least be done in a somewhat tasteful manner, with fashion in mind. There is nothing clever, tasteful, or fashionable about this. It is just attention-seeking.

You would never think that she was in the 'best shape of her life' just last week. She looks saggy and her outfit isnt tailored to fit her correctly. She looks fat.

She looks pretty big here and her ladies look like pancakes. Terrible. But unless implants can sag, she can use this photo of her sagging boobs to prove to the world she's 'all real' or whatever she claims.
