Ready or not, the Russians are coming. Kira Plastinina, who's often referred to as the Russian Paris Hilton, is setting up shop in NYC. One of her many Spring/Summer '08 looks consists of this parka coat and Madonna-inspired hat. This is one of the more tame looks, but I still wouldn't go near it.
