Kristen Bell in Cutout Embellished Dress: Love It or Hate It?
Kristen Bell normally impresses me with her outfit choices. She tends to be bold without being over-the-top. But I'm not sure how I feel how the embellished cutout dress she wore at a party in Maui. It's definitely one of the most daring cuts I've seen her in, but not the most flattering. It features a low V neckline, plus cutouts right below the bosom. Succumbing to the relaxed Hawaiian vibe, Kristen wore tie-up gladiator sandals instead of high heels. I need help deciding, is this stylish or not even?

Perhaps if it was longer. I don't mean to sound prudish but that is a lot of skin she is showing. Looks like something Paris Hilton would wear to a baptism.
1The only thing that kills the look is the stupid cutout. Other than that it would be a pretty dress.

10At first glance I really liked it so I clicked "love it" but now I'm thinking that it has a little too much going on. Get rid of the bubble hem and cut outs and it would be perfect. I could see Taylor Swift in it with the revisions. Kristen should have gone with heels. Since she is so tiny and the dress has so much going on, esp. with that knee length hem, she needs the height to pull it off.
11If the cutout wasn't there it'd probably be more flattering. But I really like her makeup here.
12Nah - w. the cut out and bubble. The dress hangs awkwardly on her and droops. Not at all flattering unfortunately.

15She looks great, the dress not so much. Subtract the bubble hem, crinkle fabric and gladiators like everyone else said and it's a go. I still said undecided, cause I don't love it or hate it.
