Mom-to-be Kristen Bell wowed the red-carpet crowd in an ethereal lavender Jenny Packham gown tonight. While the draping on bottom was beautiful, the real stunner was the dazzling crystal-embellished detail on the top half. We love the contrast between the intricate top and flowing skirt.
