At left, Moffatt wears a lace top from her Holiday 2011 collection. "I'm sure my personal style influences my collections," she says. The vivid wall decal that adorns the entrance to her studio depicts women silhouetted in leaves.
Top right: "My wedding ring [top right] is from a jewelry store in Philadelphia called Bailey Banks and Bob's. Picture it: small, junky — the only store left in America where you're allowed to smoke. Yet, this perfect little ring was tucked into a black velvet tray, just waiting for me. It's 18k gold and ivory with two little diamonds, made in Italy; probably from the '60s or '70s."
Bottom right: "I love her in funny vintage things," Moffatt says of dressing her 3-year-old daughter. "I was at the Sloan-Kettering Thrift Shop on the Upper East Side and found an amazing collection of coats and dresses for her from the '50s." The tiny Moda de Espana shoes, bottom right, were purchased on a recent trip to Paris.
