Just because Fab reader Too Poor For Couture stuck to a cool black-and-white palette doesn't mean the finished result is at all simple. First, she tucked a silky printed blouse into high-waisted black leather shorts, then she topped it off with an edgy white blazer, complete with black leather sleeves. She accented this look two ways: her Balmain-inspired black booties and bright yellow nail polish both kept the monochromatic hues fresh and dynamic.
