24The dress looks like a circuit board, the shoes are awful, her makeup is making it looks like she has undereye circles, and she needs to comb her hair. Leighton Meester is always wearing things it seems she can't quite pull off.
25i actually really like the shoes, i think it's just the angle of the picture.
