Leighton Meester in Scalloped Cutouts: Love It or Hate It?

I've missed seeing Leighton Meester on the red carpet. Lucky for me, she attended the Klutch nightclub opening in Miami last night. Per usual, she wore a fashion-forward frock, this time with scalloped cutouts. The fabric is super delicate, especially compared to her gray suede platform pumps. Is this another hit for Leighton or a miss?

I normally despise cutouts, but this dress is just okay. I prefer the shoes, hair and makeup though.

Leighton, like so many of her Gossip Girl co-stars, is so fashion-forward. This look totally rocks. I looove that she didn't wear black shoes with the black dress, but delicious gray suede platforms instead!

Even though the dress is cut in strange places, she still manages to wear it with class and not make it look slutty. She's very fashion forward and follows the trends exceptionally - strange angled cuts, and showing skin that is usually covered is THE spring '10 look!

I like it! It's definitely a risk, and it's a bit naked; but I think it's pretty and stylish and interesting. Plus; she looks beautiful as always. Love the pumps too...
