I am a fan of gals who know how to balance expensive and inexpensive items and make it look fabulous. In your case, they were both cheap (yes, LUCKY is the perfect word!) =) That green Theory top looks great with the navy skirt. You can't really see the shoes, but your shoes and accessories pulls the look together!This was a good pick by FabSugar. =)
