Check out raccoon_hime. Doesn't she look adorable? Her outfit is filled with heartfelt fun thanks to her sweet sunnies. I like her color palette, and the gladiator wedges are hot. Quirky, cute, and reminds me of Katy Perry!

She looks so cute! I love how her bag and shoes compliment each other so perfectly.. the white really contrasts well with her gray dress. And you guys are right, she does resemble Katy Perry! I think it is the dark hair and the pale skin that does it.
