issarocks is the model mod girl in this cute frilly white tunic dress partnered with black tights. I love the contrast: feminine and severe, black and white...it makes for an interesting harmony. Convenient, since she wore this outfit to go see a musical!

What a great look! It's very romantic and very chic while being very mod. I love that you got all your items at places like Target and Forever21, too--places where I like to, and can afford to shop! It definitely looks more lux than it is! Congrats! You look great.
