Look of the Day: Mod Nautical

I've tried the nautical look, I've tried the mod look, but I've yet to do the mod nautical combo. Fashionave921 exemplifies this look to perfection with her thigh-high gray tights, blue jumper, and yellow cardi. I'm smitten with her saltwater sandals, and her white belt cinches the whole look together.

I'm 15. So yes, that is why the headband looks young. Also they are socks not tight. They are very "out there" Thanks for the feedback! It's not like I dress like this all the time -___-

I like it, but I don't like the headband...makes the look look too young. And maybe instead of white shoes and belt...another color would look more polished.
