So cute! Proof that you can wear still wear school-girl elements in your outfits without looking like jailbait or like you are stuck in your past! Even on a cold day in LA this might not be appropriate, but if you wear a big jacket over it until you get wear you're going, it'd be good.

yeah, it depends on your definition of cold weather, jellybird and acyl - this would definitely work in California cold (probably nowhere else though) - and it is super cute...
