When the weather is chilly, follow raccoon_hime's lead and throw on a sweet sweater. There are several reasons why I gravitate toward this look. First, I love that she wore her sweater as a dress and belted it for a dash of femininity. What's more, the puff sleeves add further interest, and the pink and purple colors are spunky.
