Remember when these House of Holland Groupie Tees, $75, were the buzz of all the fashion circles? Given the neon colors and witty phrases like "Get Yer Freak On Giles Deacon," it's easy to see why! They're definitely punky, funky and great conversation starters. But why so pricey?

If you're h-o-t-t and you know it, get this Forever 21 Hot Tee, $14. Although the phrase isn't the same as the tees from House of Holland, the motif is spot-on: oversized tee, big, bold letters, bright colors...you get the picture. Buyer beware: do not wear this tee if you don't want to be noticed!
Urban Outfitters has something like this, too.
1i normally don't like tee's with blurbs on them, but those House of Holland where soo funny when they came out a while back. i just can't decide which one to get.......
2ahh and this is why forever 21 is getting sued they have exact replicas!! love it
3I saw some similar ones at H&M also!
ps...forever 21 is getting sued?
4I kinda liked these tees at first, but now .. If I have to see another 'Save the Rave' T-shirt on another teenybopper, well, I don't know what Ill do. It's quite funny they had one at Topshop that said 'I started this trend', by the that time it's probably the zillionth person you've seen with the same T-Shirt.
5Hmm something about them bothers me, maybe it's the fact that the words are so big not only is it a little difficult to read on the model, but they like kinda busy.
6Urban Outfitters has better ones, like real tees. They have that one as well. Look in the mans section and the womens section on the website. $75 is far too much for a shirt you can make at home.
7not.
my.
thing.
blech. i hate fash that's supposed to be ironically cool.
8nah, i'm just not digging this. the sayings for the other shirts are far cuter.
9Looks like something out of a 80's WHAM video. **snooze**
10supergurl, your avatar totally makes me want to eat a cupcake now!
11Those t's look so cool; Love the colors. My fave is the purple/pink combo.
12don't like these. too loud for my take.
13There's a cuter and hippier versions of this...done by a Filipino designer, and of course, cheaper yet they are 100% cotton. The messages on those Filipino tees are more positive rahter than controversial and narcissistic
14tacky
15They're selling graphic tees for 12$ that are almost the same 'cept with diffent colours and sayings (Love is a four letter word, make love not war, etc.) at Stitches
P.S. Stitches is only in Canada as far as I know, and this Sugar be a Canaidian girl!
16i like the originals better
17forever21 has a ton of varieties on that...they actually looked really cute in the store hte other day.
18Didn't they have one that was a play on Lily Donaldson's name?
19so easy to make at home!!!
20hey i saw these like last year in a teen vouge(my bible, its sad its frm america and i live in New Zealand so i only have 5 VERY treasured copies!) ANYWAYS... If your from NZ, or australia(they started this chain store) you can get pretty much the same thing for about 20 bucks at Supre.
21just because urban and others have started to throw out knock offs of these shirts doesnt make them lame. they just started as a joke between designers and then people started asking about them....i think it was the christopher bailey one. but anyways! i love these ts i plan on getting one in a couple of months. i think i want the frankie says relax one or do me in the park marc. but i do NOT like the one that is forever21. maybe thats because im tired of people wearing shirts that tell others how hot or cute or whatever they are
22i hate the slogan on the Forever21 version i agree w/ scissorz on shirts that brag...but there not as bad as those shirts from a couple years ago that said NOTHING TO WEAR - what do u mean u have nothing to wear!?!?!? then what r u wearing right now?!?!?! so stupid
23I like these
24have forever 21 yet again stolen ideas from other places? oh gees...
25i saw these in teen vogue last month and they have a DIY article on how to make one yourself. i think they're kinda funny but kinda annoying.
26i have the black and white "love me some lohan one" haha
27never worn it though. in 7 years when i hopefully have kids... i'll give it to one of them when their 15 or so and it will be "vintage-chic"
The steal just looks cheap and terrible. "This is why I'm Hot"?? Honestly. Who would wear something so pretentious? The HOH tees are much cuter.
28HOH tees are way cuter.
