Forever 21 finally jumped on the bandwagon a year later with this Sequin Silk Dress ($30). Given, it's not nearly as decadent as Lim's version, but the style is similar — sans zippers – and the price is right. Get 'em while they're hot!

3I have a zipper detail dress from F21 that looks similar to the Phillip Lim one. They don't sell it anymore though. I've also seen a direct knockoff of the dress, but I lost the link.
