MTV Video Music Awards: Alicia Keys

Is it me or does Alicia Keys look like a dominatrix in this strapless leather dress? She has such a pretty face but this look is not working for her figure. It's way too masculine and unflattering. And to top it off, those shoes are way too matchy matchy with the dress. Do you agree?

She had beautiful arms and neckline.. why not showcase that instead of drawing your attn downward towards ugly ugly shoes. Also the fit of the dress makes you focus on her hips. Nothing wrong with her hips at all, but the dress doesn't work for them. And the dress is too long...or something.. that dress just doesn't work.
