She has a new slick 'do and a confident glow about her tonight but let's talk about her eye-catching dress. Like many other ladies on the carpet, Ashley Tisdale opted to wear a sequined white number. She kept the accessories to a minimum and let the dress do all the talking. Is the chatter too loud or just right?

I put undecided because it's a little too Showgirl. Elizabeth Berkley called, she wants her dress back. Uh yeah I know an old joke but it works here.
