Another The Hills star, Stephanie Pratt, just arrived on the red carpet looking slim and shimmery. Her sequined double-strap minidress is very '20s while her platform bow wedges are super modern. Statement earrings, shiny stacked bangles, and a bow ring provide further bling. What's the verdict?

undecided - I love the dress and the shoes but they are wayyyyyy too much together. and the hair and makeup makes her look about 50 years old (not that that is old at all; but the girl is in her 20's for goodness sake) - haha; Zivanod! I totally think of the uuber creepy Toddlers & Tiaras (of which I am familiar only because it's being featured on The Soup! haha)...

Um, ew. That outfit, with those disgusting shoes, and those earrings, and that ridiculous hair makes her look like Miss Texas. Horrible.

i don't like the shoes but i love the dress and the hair!you know how models in dior fashion show look like,thats is the same look i like it but again not the shoes
