I Like the hair and makeup. Mandy is classy and fresh faced as ever... but that dress is awful! It needs consistancy on either the top or the bottom. It looks like someone splashed paint all over it from the bust line down! What, did they forget to do the rest of the dress or something? Did they get bored after they made the first part of it? I don't get it...
