Marc Jacobs Number 9 Mini Dress: Love It or Hate It?

It may have paillettes on the front, asymmetrical sleeves and Marc Jacobs on the label, but this Marc Jacobs Number 9 Mini Dress ($1,565) still looks like a glorified sports jersey to me. Do you feel the same, or do you see something I don't see?

I love MJ he is my favorite designer, however, this did not do it for me. This basically looks like $1500 dollar PJ'S.

If it didn't have the nine on it everyone would love the spring pink mini dress with contrasting sleeves in jersey. I love mare because he does go out on a limb he can't for LV (the most over rated and lame high fashion house around). Take off the nine and its a winner, but probably in the Marc by MJ line for about $400

Designers have the right to make whatever they please, but that's just offensive to my eyes. And that price is outrageous. It seems an insult to couture.
