Oh wow. I can't believe people actually like this. It looks like something straight out of Hot Topic. Ugly, ugly, ugly! It reminds me of something that would show up in a Target Go International collection that would not sell at all.

I love it. I've been envious of the cargo kilts for a long time. Sadly, Marc Jacobs is neither in my size nor price range, but it's a great idea!

I think worn correctly it can be very cute. The fact that the purse is detachable is a major plus.
