Let's look on the bright side . . . a plethora of colorful bags to illuminate our path towards Spring. There's nothing more special than pairing a dark ensemble with a bright bag. Or, why not complement a bold dress with a bright bag, like Heidi Klum did at the Oscars? There are no rules other than to have fun. Oh, but whatever you do, please don't mix too many colors.
